{27 Weeks + a New House!}

Sorry for the terrible, terrible image quality this week. We just moved and it has been incredibly hectic. Now that we have a new camera and are somewhat settled, she-bump pictures *will* be better going forward.

*Editor's Note*
I finally was able to get back my old domain! (www.thetaylordiary.com) So now, if you type my URL into your browser, you don't have to type the dot blogspot dot com anymore! Hallelujah!

How far along? 27 weeks
Total weight gain? 18/19 pounds
Maternity clothes? Yes, can't get enough. I am carrying really low so it is hard to wear regular pants with the hairband trick. It is just too uncomfortable and I don't want to squish her. However, I am still able to make *some* regular shirts work. A lot of my pre-pregnancy shirts are just really short and it looks funny. The maternity ones are nice because they are made longer (and wider) to fit over your growing belly.
Stretch marks? Nope
Sleep? Off and on. Last night, I slept great. I know I sleep well when I only get up once to go wee. :P
Best moment this week? WE MOVED INTO OUR NEW HOUSE! Those caps are because I am super excited to announce that. We owe a HUGE thank you to my friend, Emily, my mom and all of my aunts who spent their weekend with us helping us unpack. The main stuff is done like the kitchen, living room, bathrooms, master bath and master bedroom. We will now just take the remaining boxes and unpack them one by one as we get time. I am so excited to get started on the nursery. I can hardly contain myself. Tyler is going to paint it first and then we can begin setting up all of her furniture.
Miss anything? It now takes me like 15 minutes to get dressed. I miss being able to quickly throw on clothing. This belly gets in the way of everything and I am just slower in general with everything I do. I also look forward to the day that I can bend over without grunting.
Food cravings? Canned peaches and Hersey's chocolate bars. The chocolate is REALLY random as I don't really like chocolate or candy. That one came out of left field. Oh, and fruit tarts. The worst thing in the world is when you have your first real craving and you have to go on a full on scavenger hunt to find it. I finally found mine at Dean and Deluca. Thank goodness for that place.

Anything making you queasy or sick? My aunts talked about how I should add canned tuna to my grocery list while we were eating lunch yesterday. I think I quietly gagged to myself and never added it.
Gender? Girly girl
Labor signs? No, thankfully.
Movement? She has kind of slowed down with the jabs and kicks and it seems to be more rolling and shifting.
Symptoms? Sore back, sore feet, TIRED, dizzy sometimes and short of breath. My hips hurt too. Also, I am having what I think to be some Braxton Hicks contractions. They aren't painful but when I do get them, my whole tummy tightens up. It is such a strange feeling and I literally have to stop what I am doing for 10-15 seconds until they pass. I know it is just my body "working out" and preparing me for labor. Work, uterus, work!
Belly button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or moody most of the time? HAPPY! Yet, stressed at times with everything we had to do last week.
Looking forward to? I can't really say what I am looking forward to because it is a secret. I will fill you in next week! :P
